Upcoming Activities

We Kare Fishing Clubs District Donation -

MMLMD has donated money to the "We Care Fishing Club."  This is in recognition of their work to stock panfish and walleyes into Mt. Morris Lakes at appropriate times.

Pontoon Boat Parade -
There is no organizer or plan for this event.  It is self-organized...just a pontoon parad for anyone who want to join.  Just meet at the area of the public boat landing on Lake E.  If you want to be the organizer for this, contact Joe Sleza  for more information.

The event starts in the channel at the damn, traverses all 5 lakes (except Emerald) and concludes  at the Mt. Morris Town Park. Residents are encouraged to decorate their boats in any theme and join the parade.  Siince no one has volunteered to coordinate this event, the traditional "pot luck" meal at the end of the parade does not take place.

We thank the Judith and Karneth Slupecki family and friends for hosting this event on their property in the past years.
